Business Development Manager - CEM & Kitting

My client, a successful Kitting and Contract Electronics Manufacturer with an established customer base across the UK, are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager - CEM & Kitting to join their sales team, heavily focussed on building new relationships and winning new business opportunities.
The role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK but will require travel to the West Sussex Head Office once per month.
The Business Development Manager - CEM & Kitting will drive new business sales from concept to close. Understanding of the Contract Electronics Manufacturing industry is key to the success of this role.
Requirements for this Remote Business Development Manager - CEM & Kitting:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through the sales cycle through building strong relationships with new contacts
- Generate and convert new business leads
- Work closely with colleagues from around the business; Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality
- Produce reports to support both financial and sales target
- Interpret customer expectations and increase customer interaction and retention through strong communication and relationship building
