Business Development Manager – Civils Products

Role

Our client is a leading manufacturer of specialist Civils products offering a range of cabling systems, access chambers, pipe fittings and more. These products are used to protect and manage underground power and telecommunications networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales across a portfolio of civils merchants, major infrastructure and civil contractors (Tier 1 & 2) as well as utility providers. The role involves managing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the North of England (Nottingham to the Scottish Borders). You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers whilst focusing on continued sales growth.

Person

I am seeking a driven sales professional with experience in the civils, utilities or infrastructure sectors. You could currently be working for a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, with a proven track record of selling into the civils or utilities market. You’ll be a confident relationship builder with strong business development skills, a proactive approach to winning new business, and the ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
