Job Description - Business Development Manager - Consultative Selling / Software / Multi-Sector .

My client is growing fast and looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and lead the charge in winning new business .

This fast-paced, dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to sell enterprise solutions to C-level executives and key stakeholders across organizations. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to a company with a strong social impact mission.

As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

Your key tasks will include:

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into target organizations to uncover their strategic challenges, market trends, and opportunities.

Solution Selling: Use your understanding of the company’s innovative solutions to build meaningful client relationships and effectively communicate ROI.

Executive Engagement: Present and demonstrate solutions to senior executives, building strong connections with key decision-makers across organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - for ERP software, consultancy and managed services
• Lead client meetings, demos, workshops and proposals
• Identify new opportunities in both greenfield and existing accounts
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue

? What You’ll Bring:
• Proven success in selling Software solutions to midmarket / enterprise clients / central Government and Public sector
• Confident in client-facing roles - from discovery to negotiation
• Self-starter with commercial awareness, resilience and consultative selling skills
