The Agency:
In September 2022, DCX was formed from the merger of two long-standing powerhouse agencies - a digital transformation specialist and a data-driven marketing partner.
This created a full-service digital transformation and marketing agency and consultancy that combines the power of data with compelling creative and digital technology to help clients connect better with their customers and deliver better outcomes.
At this exciting phase of our journey, we are looking for exceptionally talented people to join the team. Of course, skills are important, but we’re looking for people with the right attitude, personality and culture to drive DCX to the next level.
The Role:
We are looking to bring in a Business Development Manager to identify, open and close new business opportunities across the Agency, with a focus on selling creative and marketing campaign services. Adding to our existing portfolio of clients including Levis, GAP, Direct Line Group, Hyundai, Waitrose and many more.
Reporting to the head of growth, the Business Development Manager will be focused on net new growth. This is an individual contributor position with no direct reports; the role will work alongside another sales lead as part of the Growth and Marketing team.

About you:
With a focus on finding, qualifying and converting new business, you are likely to have a background in marketing and communications sales roles. You will be ambitious, bringing a high volume of quality leads into the business. You will have experience working in creative, data-driven and marketing communications environment.
The role requires someone who is highly motivated by striking up new conversations with new people. Hunting out problems we can solve and opening doors to actively drive a significant pipeline within and across our propositions.
