Business Development Manager - Energy

We are working in partnership with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Manager for their London office, supporting the Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) practice. This is a strategic and hands-on role within a globally integrated BD team, offering the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-profile initiatives across the energy and infrastructure sectors. The firm is renowned for its pioneering work across the full lifecycle of energy assets, including power, utilities, oil & gas, and climate change.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded BD professional with experience in the legal or professional services sector. You'll be responsible for driving business development strategy, supporting cross-border campaigns, and enhancing the firm's market presence. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for the energy and infrastructure sectors will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of proposals, pitch presentations, and credentials for ENRI-related opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and BD leadership to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Manage internal marketing systems, tools, and reporting processes to support BD activities.
• Coordinate submissions for directories, awards, and league tables to elevate market visibility.
• Support client events, hospitality planning, and integrated BD campaigns across the sector.
• Assist with client account management, market research, and internal communications to drive engagement.
