What you'll be doing

Winning new business across your territory

Building relationships with manufacturers, retailers and supply chain businesses

*

Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close

*

Developing tailored commercial proposals

*

Working closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

*

Representing the business at networking events and industry exhibitions

*

Keeping ahead of market trends and competitor activity

We're looking for someone who has

*

Proven success in Business Development or Field Sales

*

Experience selling within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, packaging, industrial or a related B2B environment

*

A track record of opening new accounts and delivering sales growth

*

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

*

Strong commercial awareness

*

Self-motivation, resilience and ambition
