Job Description - Business Development Manager - Fire & Security

Business Development Manager – Fire & Security

?? North West (Remote with office visits as needed)
?? £40,000 – £50,000 + Car + Commission

Pertemps is working alongside one of the UK’s leading names in the Fire & Security industry, and they’re on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. They're looking for someone based in the North West who’s passionate about building relationships and has a solid background in selling PPM contracts, remedials, and installation works.

What you'll be doing:
  • Finding and securing new business opportunities across the North West
  • Selling a mix of planned maintenance contracts, remedial work, and installation projects
  • Meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Building long-term relationships that turn into repeat business
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in business development within Fire & Security or related sectors
  • A strong understanding of PPM, remedials, and installation services
  • A natural people person who’s confident, proactive, and target-driven
  • Based in the North West and happy to travel to meet clients and attend meetings when needed
