Remuneration: £50,000 + profit related bonuses up to £21,000 on top (if both company & personal targets are met)

The role of the Business Development Manager - Flat Roof Insulation will involve:

• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
• Majority of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
• The remaining portion of your time will be spent selling to main & sub-contractors
• Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.6m
• Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
• Can be based Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff or anywhere in between

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Flat Roof Insulation with:

• Must have field sales experience in the building envelope sectors
• Ideally flat roofing, insulation or facades however not essential
• Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
• IT literate
