Business Development Manager – Formwork / Falsework

The Role

Covering the Midlands and North, you will be selling specialist ground shoring and temporary works solutions, including trench boxes, shoring systems and associated equipment, into groundworkers, civil engineering contractors and major construction companies. You will be responsible for opening new opportunities, developing key contractor relationships and getting involved with projects from the early stages. Working alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. This is not an account management role. It is about winning business, influencing projects and becoming a trusted partner to customers across your region.

The Person

We are looking for someone who understands the civils and groundworks market. You may currently be selling ground engineering products, temporary works, construction hire or related solutions, with existing relationships across contractors and site teams. The key is commercial ability, someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships and influence decisions.
