Job Description - Business Development Manager - Interiors

Business Development Manager | B2B - Interiors | London | Salary up to £60,0000

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a prestigious client in the luxury interiors sector to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth for an iconic brand renowned for its timeless design, specialising in fabrics, wallpapers, and high-end interior solutions.

If you have a strategic sales mindset, deep knowledge of the luxury interiors market, and a strong network within the design community, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the luxury interiors space

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients

  • Create and execute business development strategies that drive revenue and elevate brand visibility

  • Represent the brand at design festivals, trade shows, and industry events

  • Collaborate with internal teams to feed client insights into product and marketing development

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic growth

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the luxury interiors, design, or high-end furnishings sector

  • Proven success in building client pipelines and exceeding revenue targets

  • Well-connected within the interior design and architectural communities

  • Confident communicator and negotiator with strong commercial instincts

  • Passionate about heritage design and premium craftsmanship

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a collaborative approach
