With ISO, OHSAS, and NOKIA certifications, Xad has been serving in the UAE since 2006, with its Head Office in Dubai and 8 Branch Offices in UAE and Pakistan. Xad aims to expand and diversify its operations while maintaining its core business focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling and developing business opportunities within the telecom industry (UK Market). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's reach.

- Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for Fixed, Mobile and ICT solutions.

- Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Telecom/IT industry at both the C-level and the operational level.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven UK experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions.

- Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends in the UK.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
