The Opportunity

A1 Personnel are on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who isn’t just about selling - but about connecting, delivering, and inspiring. What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth: Hunt down new business, open doors, and convert leads into long-term clients with tailored print solutions that WOW.

Own Your Projects: Manage every detail - from first call to final installation. You'll be hands-on with briefs, quotes, logistics, and delivery.

Build Relationships That Last: Become a trusted advisor, not just a supplier. Your ability to listen, consult, and deliver will set you apart.

Collaborate to Win: Work with a passionate in-house production and install team who bring your vision to life, every time.

What You Bring:

• A proven track record in sales and project management within Large Format Print & Graphics.
