This role will deliver the desired sales and performance targets within a defined territory; working in partnership with the Head of Sales and Business Development Team to deliver the growth plan through a significant period of growth within the SME sector. Responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPI’s are achieved on a monthly and overall yearly basis. Delivering overall sales profitability and aligning customer solutions to support Culligan’s growth plan and product family strategy.
Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 depending on experience with OTE £50,000 - £55,000
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales within the Culligan product range, through growth (new business) and retention (expanding existing customers) within a defined territory
- Executing the sales growth plan within a defined territory ensuring alignment to wider business objectives
- Negotiating and concluding commercial contracts with both internal and external partners
- Engage with key stakeholders to support networking opportunities
- Working closely with our customers and the necessary operational teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of installation and retention SLAs
- Responsible for accurate updating of our CRM with key information to enable successful onboarding of customers and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
Essential
- Ability to handle a range of priorities

- Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Office tools

- SME sales experience
- Self-generated business development experience
- Experience of working well independently and as part of a team
