Business Development Manager - Property Auctions

Know property auctions? Have the contacts and confidence to win instructions from agents, solicitors, banks and probate professionals?

We're looking for an experienced property auction professional to drive new business and secure residential and commercial auction instructions across the South East.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where your industry knowledge, contacts and ability to win instructions will make the difference.

The Role

Winning residential and commercial property auction instructions

Developing relationships with estate agents, solicitors, banks, receivers and probate professionals

Identifying properties suitable for auction

Meeting vendors and professional introducers

Advising on auction sales, guide prices and reserves

Developing repeat business from investors, developers and institutional clients

Managing instructions through the auction process

What We're Looking For

Previous property auction experience is essential

Experience dealing with probate property, banks, receivers or similar professional vendors

A proven ability to win instructions and generate new business

Good understanding of property valuations and the auction process

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Confidence dealing with professional and institutional clients

You'll have the opportunity to develop an established market, grow your own network and earn commission on the business you generate.
