Remuneration: £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) + 30% bonus

Benefits: £450 car allowance & benefits packages

The role of the Business Development Manager - Roof & Building Membranes will involve:

• Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of temporary site protection, roof & bundling membranes, ground & gas membranes and breather membranes
• All of your time will be spent selling to architects, specifiers and main contractors
• May have a smaller element of your role dealing with merchants as the position involves
• Turnover target will be established depending on your experience
• Will cover London & South East, would be preferable to be based in the Northern Home Counties however not essential

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Roof & Building Membranes with:

• Must have sold a technically aligned building product such as: building protection, roofing membranes, wall membranes, building protection, fixings, cladding, curtain walling, building envelope, waterproofing, brick works, insulation, drylining, fire protection etc
• Must have sold to architects, specifiers and main contractors
• Would consider someone selling to merchants if you’re selling roof / building protection & membranes, with sounds technical knowledge
• Must be personable
• Organised, hungry and hardworking
