What You'll Do

• Lead and coach three specification-focused colleagues

• Deliver CPDs, influence architects early and grow quote conversion

• Maintain CRM accuracy, compile board packs, host factory visits & CPDs

• Feed Midlands market insight into wider UK and North American strategy

• Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to hit revenue targets

You'll Need

• Proven success selling construction products via specification / CPD route

• Experience guiding or managing sales or spec teams with data-driven KPIs

• Confident presenter who engages architects and senior stakeholders

Great If You Also Bring

• Knowledge of facades, masonry, structural steel or wider building envelope products

• Blend of architectural/specifier insight and commercial drive
