?? Sussex (Office-Based with Travel)
?? £35,000-£45,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100k+)

Are you an ambitious sales professional with telecoms experience looking for your next big opportunity in Sussex? We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing communications provider delivering cutting-edge VoIP, business mobile, and broadband solutions across the South East.

This is your chance to step into a high-impact Business Development Manager role with a business that offers huge earning potential, ongoing support, and a clear pathway for progression.

?? The Role:
  • Win and develop new B2B accounts across Sussex and surrounding areas

  • Sell a diverse range of telecoms solutions, including VoIP, mobile, broadband, and cloud-based systems

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and onboarding

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and long-term partnerships

  • Represent the business at meetings, events, and client site visits

?? What’s on Offer:
  • £35,000-£45,000 base salary depending on experience

  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £100k+

  • Strong lead generation support from marketing and internal teams

  • Excellent career progression opportunities within sales or into management

  • Office-based environment with autonomy to manage your own pipeline and diary

  • Full training on products, systems, and ongoing developments in the telecoms industry

? What You’ll Need:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales—preferably within telecoms, VoIP, or IT

  • A good understanding of VoIP, business mobile, broadband, or unified comms

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

  • Self-driven, target-focused, and confident managing the full sales cycle

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel will be required across Sussex)
