Area to be covered: National (ideally based Midland)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + bonuses tbc

The role of the Business Development Manager - Site Fencing & Hoarding will involve:

• Field sales position selling the hire & sale of temporary fencing & hoarding systems
• Psector include construction, infrastructure and rail
• The majority of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beattie
• A smaller element of the role will be spent managing distributor accounts such as Hermec and Safesite
• Turnover target will be determined by tour experience
• Predominately a new business position

The ideal applicant will be Business Development Manager - Site Fencing & Hoarding with:

• Must have field sales experience on site dealing with main contractors and house builders such as: Kier, Morgan Sindall, Vinci & Balfour Beattie
• Ideally contacts within the contractors with Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers
• Must have sold a construction site based product used in the early stages of the build process
• Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and determined
• Must be able to generate new business
