North UK | £45,000-£50,000 + Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance

The Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager with essential experience in switchgear to develop new business and grow customer relationships across the North of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional with a strong understanding of the electrical industry, who can identify new opportunities, develop key accounts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Northern territory.

Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, consultants and end users.

Promote switchgear products and solutions to new and existing customers.

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into profitable business.

Identify projects and specification opportunities within the electrical and industrial sectors.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Requirements

Essential: Proven experience selling switchgear.

A strong background in business development or technical sales within the electrical industry.

Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.

Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the North.

Package

£45,000-£50,000 basic salary
