  • Build distributor marketing capability and share best practice across markets.

  • Track and review distributor marketing effectiveness and continuously refine tools and frameworks.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working directly with distributors and/or tender‑driven markets, ideally within healthcare, nutrition or other regulated environments is desirable.

  • Strong marketing and commercial understanding, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.

  • Experience supporting tenders, payers or non‑prescriber stakeholders is desirable.

  • Awareness of digital and social media environments.

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a creative, proactive mindset.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

  • Collaborative, self‑motivated team player.

Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing is essential.

  • Membership or qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or similar is advantageous.

What we offer?

  • Competitive salary

  • 25 days annual leave (pro rata for part time) plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down

  • Discretionary bonus scheme (subject to qualifying period)

  • Gym membership/allowance (subject to qualifying period)

  • Employer pension contribution (3% rising to 5% subject to qualifying period then matched to a maximum of 10%).  Employee minimum contributions apply

  • Private healthcare (subject to qualifying period)

  • Volunteering opportunities

  • Cycle to work scheme (subject to qualifying period)
