Self-Employed Business Development Partner – Automotive Technology

I’m currently representing a growing UK technology business within the automotive sector looking for their first Self-Employed Business Development Partner.
They've developed a technology platform specifically for independent motor dealers and are now looking for someone to help grow their customer base across the UK.
The role
You'll be building relationships with independent motor dealers, demonstrating the platform and turning opportunities into paying customers.
This could involve visiting dealerships, attending vehicle auctions, following up leads and developing your own network.
This isn't a scripted corporate sales role. My client wants someone who can talk to people, build trust and spot an opportunity.
Who I'm looking for
You don't need automotive experience. I'm much more interested in someone who:
* Is confident approaching businesses
* Builds rapport quickly
* Has a natural sales/business development style
* Is motivated by results and uncapped earnings
* Is comfortable managing their own diary and opportunities
* Is happy working on a self-employed basis
Experience in field sales, business development, recruitment, property, telecoms, automotive or other commission-led environments could work really well.
What's on offer?
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings.
Indicative earning potential is around £40,000–£50,000+, entirely dependent on performance.
You'll receive full product training, sales materials, ongoing support and help with leads and opportunities.
This is the first appointment of its kind, with genuine potential to grow alongside the business as they build their UK sales network
