I'm working with a leading international accounting network that supports member firms across more than 150 countries. As part of their continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Associate- Pursuit Content to join them.

This is a newly created role, ideal for someone who enjoys working remotely and thrives in a globally connected environment. While the organisation is remote-first, there is office space available in central London for those who prefer occasional in-person collaboration.

This role focuses on developing high-impact, pursuit-ready content that helps member firms win international business. You'll work across the full pursuit lifecycle-from pre-pitch positioning to post-pitch support-collaborating with stakeholders across service lines, industries, and geographies.

You'll also lead strategic content projects, manage internal platforms and libraries, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A background in business development, marketing, or proposal content (ideally in a professional services or B2B environment)
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• A globally minded, curious, and collaborative approach
