Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and research prospective SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework).
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach and lead interactions in Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay updated on Zoho’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets.
