Are you an experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in generating new business and developing strong customer relationships?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join an established manufacturing business based in the West Midlands. You will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, developing existing customer relationships and driving the growth of added-value products and services.

Essential:
Proven experience working in a sales or customer account management role Experience identifying and developing new sales opportunities Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills Ability to open, negotiate and close sales Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and meet targets Full and valid driving licence Desirable:
Experience within a manufacturing, technical or product-led sales environment Experience selling added-value products or services Experience using customer databases or CRM systems Experience preparing sales proposals, presentations and quotations Roles & Responsibilities
Generate, qualify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, referrals and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing a high level of customer service. Identify customer needs and present suitable products and services, including preparing proposals, quotations and presentations. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to negotiation and completion. Maintain accurate customer, sales and quotation records, including monitoring pipeline activity and reporting performance against agreed KPIs. Research market trends, competitor activity and product developments to identify new opportunities. Support promotional activities, sales events, direct marketing and product training where required. Contribute to the continued growth of the business by promoting added-value products and services across the company. Requirements
As Sales Representative, you will also be expected to:
Be proactive, motivated and commercially focused. Have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Be confident developing new business and building long-term customer relationships. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Be comfortable working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
