For our UK Branch we are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative (BDR) who will follow the UK market
to join our sales team. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about technology and sales.
Main Tasks and Activities: Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential customers through various channels Prospecting:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads Qualifying Leads:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and qualify them as sales opportunities CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about our software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customers Follow-Up:
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads Performance Tracking:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills: Native English speaker Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry. We also open to consider recent graduates that have completed an MBA or attended a prestigious University and are interested in pursuing a career in sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills Resilience and ability to handle rejection Knowledge of Italian and a third language is a plus Familiarity with social selling techniques and digital marketing tools is a plus
