We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Growth team.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients in the Consumer Goods and Retail sector.

Responsibilities
- Proactive Lead Generation: Conduct research, identify prospects, and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Demand Creation: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other channels to present our products and services.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the CPG space, including different personas and the role of Image Recognition in these organisations.
- Customer Problem Understanding: Identify customer challenges and demonstrate how our IR platform/technology can solve various retail execution use cases.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Performance Measurement: Utilise CRM software (Apollo, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Sales Experience: Proven (7+ years) B2B enterprise experience in a similar role selling technology/SaaS is a MUST.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills with creative and consultative approaches.
- Smart Thinking: Ability to understand technology and demonstrate intense curiosity to understand customer challenges and create innovative solutions.
- Demand Identification: Skilled in identifying and engaging latent demand in a competitive niche market.
- Engagement with CPG Teams: Ability to find and engage with global CPG teams developing their own retail execution solutions, requiring discussions on business, tech, and product aspects.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in CPG is a bonus!
