Job Description - Business Development Representative
Our client within the HealthTech space are on a mission to revolutionise healthcare globally. They're currently developing a SaaS platform designed to empower medical professionals to unlock the true potential of their data, ultimately improving patient care.
Their expertise spans across various specialisations, including Intensive Care, Paediatrics, Pain Management, Cardiology, Respiratory, and beyond.
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing the full sales cycle - opening to closing
Generate new and develop existing leads, including cold calling, email campaigns and networking activities at annual conferences
Guide prospects through a long term multi-level sales cycle towards the closing stage
Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and requirements
Educate prospects about the advantages of our solutions over alternatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the sales process
Contribute to regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates via Salesforce
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years+ experience in a New Business Sales or Business Development role
Software or Healthcare sales experience not essential but transferable solution based / consultative selling is
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, confidence and ability to build rapport
Personal Development - must have a desire to learn - both within sales and the healthcare sector
Target driven and goal focused
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
What's on Offer
Salary in the region of £40 - 45k
OTE (~£10 - 20k)
100% office-based (Just North of Slough)
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
