Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an BDR / Business Development Representative to join a RegTech specialist client of ours that pride themselves on their flexible working model. They’re offering a basic salary up to £35,000 with an OTE up to £45,000 for the first year. Ideally you will have some previous B2B sales and lead generation experience however, they are open to consider different industry experience. The role of BDR involves:• Using Email, LinkedIn and Telephone to generate new lead opportunities. • Liaising with prospects to understand their business needs. • Booking appointments for Account Executives to close deals. • Research and provide data analysis on the current market. • Move to attending meetings and closing own deals.• Long-term having the opportunity to grow a team around you and progress. For the BDR role, you need:• Previous experience generating and following up on cold leads. • Success within a similar, new business role would be beneficial. • Knowledge of the FinTech world is advantageous but not essential. As the BDR, you’ll get:⭐ Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum.⭐ Realistic OTE of £45,000 per annum – however uncapped! ⭐ Remote working 4 days a week – only 1 day a week in the office. ⭐ Genuine long-term career progression. ⭐ Able to choose between visiting the London or Chester office.
