We are collaborating with a workplace technology firm that has recently been acclaimed for its excellence in sustainability, thanks to its integrated workplace intelligence platform. This platform offers vital insights into building performances to optimise workspaces, engage employees and reduce companies carbon footprints.
The company is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join their growing sales team.
Role responsibilities
Initiate contact with potential customers through emails, calls, social media messages, or other communication channels
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking their progress through the sales process
Feedback into the marketing and product teams based on interactions with prospects, sharing insights about market trends, customer pain points, and the effectiveness of messaging and sales materials
Requirements
Proven success generating business opportunities with Enterprise clients in a B2B environment
Experience in selling technology ideally in the workplace solutions and/or Corporate Real Estate sectors
Great presentation skills; confident and credible
Understanding of the typical sales cycle
