Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Development RepresentativeSalary: £80,000 plus 50%-80% CommsLocation: London- Hybrid (2/3 Days onsite)I am recruiting for a Business Development Representative for a Pioneering AI Startup that is using cutting-edge AI and synthetic computer vision to revolutionise inventory management and customer experiences within the retail space.This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a passionate team transforming how retailers operate with cutting-edge technology. This role offers a hybrid work setup and an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering results.In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the sales pipeline and generating leads for their innovative AI solutions. You'll be responsible for:Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and qualifying potential customers across the retail industry.Demand Creation: Developing and executing strategies to create awareness and excitement for their AI solutions within the retail market.Building Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers within large and complex organizations. (Experience working with CPG companies a plus!)Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handoff to the Account Management team.Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to support effective lead generation and outreach.You'll thrive if you have:A proven track record of success in lead generation and BDR roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.A strong understanding of the B2B sales process and a results-oriented mindset.Experience conducting market research and identifying sales opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.If you are a driven BDR with a passion for Sales and want to be part of a growing and innovative team, apply now!
