Salary Package: £35,000-£40,000 Base + £10,000-£15,000 Variable Bonus + Benefits.

The Role:
- Work closely with the commercial leadership to identify and research targets accounts and specified stakeholders to prospect.
- With guidance from the SVP you’ll deploy outbound sales strategies via email, calls, and social media to qualify new sales opportunities within target accounts.
- Take a tenacious approach to developing relationships and exceeding targets for the number leads produced and conversed into the sales pipeline.
- Help raise awareness for high profile events whilst taking an active interest in market trends so you can speak knowledgeably on sector topics.
The Requirements:
- Ideally, you’ll have over 12 months in a similar outbound B2B sales role within technology.
- You’ll need a strong track record in lead development at the front end of the sales funnel.
- Sales can be hard, so you’ll need to be persistent, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Your communication skills will need to be on point. You’ll ideally have a good understanding of how to structure outbound sales pitches as well as intelligent qualification calls.
- You’ll need a solid understanding of the ecommerce technology ecosystem for retailers and brands as well as a genuine interest in how this field continues to develop.
- An authentic interest in Ecommerce and digital technology solutions would be a big plus.
The Process:
- Introductory video call with Managing Director & Sales Director to explore your relevant professional experience. They’ll outline the role and responsibilities in more detail too.
- In person meeting with the Senior leadership team. This will be a deeper dive into suitability and review of translatable skills and market knowledge.
