As a German-speaking BDR, you will drive the qualified pipeline for the DACH region, identifying strategic opportunities within a massive existing user base. What you will do:

• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives in the DACH region.

• Partner closely with sales leadership on territory planning, persona research, and localized outreach strategies.

• Test and optimize new outbound messaging strategies to effectively articulate Airtable’s value proposition to technical and business leaders.

The ideal candidate:

• Native or fluent German speaker with at least one year of professional sales or metric-driven experience.

• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization and storytelling skills.

• Proactive self-starter who consistently seeks feedback and has experience scaling outbound messaging efforts.
