As a German-speaking BDR, you will drive the qualified pipeline for the DACH region, identifying strategic opportunities within a massive existing user base. What you will do:
Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives in the DACH region.
Partner closely with sales leadership on territory planning, persona research, and localized outreach strategies.
Test and optimize new outbound messaging strategies to effectively articulate Airtable’s value proposition to technical and business leaders.
The ideal candidate:
Native or fluent German speaker with at least one year of professional sales or metric-driven experience.
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization and storytelling skills.
Proactive self-starter who consistently seeks feedback and has experience scaling outbound messaging efforts.
