Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our sales team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads - New business generation
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client inquiries
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, B2B, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, ConnectWise, etc)
Basic knowledge of Telecommunications products and services
