They are looking for a motivated Software Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email, and social selling. Provide exceptional customer experience in every interaction. Identify new markets and develop strategies to reach them. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on effective sales strategies. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and goals. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the software industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record in B2B lead generation and cold calling. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
