Description

• Build strong relationships with member firms through regular engagement, meetings, and support

• Manage client enquiries and referral workflows, ensuring efficient coordination and high service standards

• Onboard new members to the network and guide them through the full engagement process

• Report on network performance, trends, and activity using management information systems

• Organise and facilitate a calendar of in-person and virtual events across Scotland

• Act as an ambassador for the network at external engagements and legal sector functions

• Contribute to the promotion and visibility of the network across the Scottish legal landscape

Profile

• A qualified solicitor (ideally NQ to 5 years' PQE) with experience in private practice

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• A genuine interest in business development and professional collaboration

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence in public speaking and event coordination

• A creative mindset with a desire to challenge the norm and bring fresh ideas

• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive and close-knit team
