We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our sales-focused team in Europe. Your role is to source for internship opportunities in your assigned market, secure interviews and get candidates placed with host companies.
You will own your desk and take full ownership of your sales pipeline in order to exceed your targets. Join us if you're ready to immerse yourself in a dynamic role that combines networking, growth strategies, and the thrill of closing impactful deals.
Compensation
Base Salary:
up to £27,000 per annum
Commission : Uncapped, expected to fall in the range of £9,000 to £13,000 per annum

You are sales-driven, love closing deals and exceeding targets
You have proven success generating and cultivating high-quality leads
You thrive on being challenged and finding new ways to hit your numbers
You go the extra mile with every single lead to ensure you get the results you want
You are autonomous, organized and accountable to your lead pipeline
Your Qualifications
Min. 4 years of experience in sales (ideally B2B), 360 Recruitment, lead generation or business development roles.
We have a completely open and flexible policy when it comes to education
Professional English language ability

Stage 4: Final Stage - Short Written Test
A brief written test to evaluate your expertise and experience in the field.
