Our client, a successful and long established business based in Grays, is seeking a Telesales Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the management team, helping to reconnect with existing business contacts and supporting business development activities in a professional and consultative way.

What You Will Be Doing:

⭐ Contacting existing and lapsed business accounts to reintroduce the company's services

⭐ Building rapport with key decision makers and maintaining positive relationships

⭐ Updating customer records and ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date

⭐ Sending follow up emails and information packs

⭐ Identifying potential opportunities and passing leads to the management team

⭐ Supporting with general administration and telesales-related activities

⭐ Maintaining accurate call notes and tracking outcomes

What We Are Looking For:

✅ Confident and professional telephone manner

✅ Previous telesales, customer service, sales support or business development experience

✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Good attention to detail and administration skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage your workload

✅ Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude

✅ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

The Details:

📍 Grays

🕒 Tuesday to Thursday

⏰ 8:30am - 3:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

📅 Temporary assignment starting September

💼 Office-based position
