Business Development/Sales Associate

Job DescriptionInsight Investment are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to help drive organic growth of Insight’s liquidity management business.Role Responsibilities•Assisting in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business growth.•Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at direct clients, portals, and platforms in the region.•Working with sales support to research, and develop sales plans for, key prospects.•Creating, managing, and converting a broad pipeline of opportunities.•Collaborating with colleagues to identify and follow up on cross selling opportunities.•Assisting with the development/distribution of marketing collateral and thought leadership.•Participating and attending conferences to drive sales activity.•Overseeing the onboarding process, working with relationship management and client servicing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.•Assessing the opportunity and viability to expand Insight’s products and services.Experience Required•Experience of working in a similar sales related role within financial services an advantage.•Highly motivated, proactive and execution focused.•Able to develop strong relationships and build consensus, both internally and externally.•Excellent communication skills; highly articulate and able to tailor style as appropriate.•Collaborative working style.•Able to prioritise and manage time and projects effectively.•Client centric with a commercial mindset.Insight Investment is an equal opportunities employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law.
