Job DescriptionBusiness Director (Out-of-Home)Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £70K DOEOur client, an award-winning out-of-home agency, is looking for a Business director (FTC) to join their team in London. In this role, you’ll be leading and managing the team while also delivering best-in-class OOH planning for the clients and agencies. If you’re passionate about leading with purpose and making a difference, Keep reading!What will this role include?Drive excellence in servicing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple planning teamsDemonstrate deep understanding of the strategic objectives for your primary accountsLead, manage, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of empowerment and growthCreate and execute key client programs for the upcoming yearGrow dormant accounts through bespoke, proactive proposalsWork closely with Client Directors/Managers to deliver the best responses to briefsOversee and support client directors to resolve major issues or negotiationsOwn the achievement of commercial targets within your business areaReview audit decks with the Head of Investment, participating in critical audit meetingsMonitor billings against forecasts, escalating significant shortfalls or issues as neededCultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior clients and agency leaders at all levelsIdentify cross-selling opportunities and new initiatives to boost revenueEnsure accurate reporting on planning and campaign status across your teamsLead or contribute to major client/agency pitches across all company areasConduct annual appraisals and regular performance reviews for Client Directors on your teamThe ideal candidate will have/be:Solid experience in OOH, media owners, and agency environmentsProven success in leading and managing a teamExceptional skills in client service, with a track record of building strong client and agency relationships.Demonstrated experience of commercial achievement and strategic planning.Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational planning skills.Join a prestigious OOH agency that offers not just a role, but an experience filled with fantastic benefits and growth opportunities.Apply today and speak with a member of the SAVVY team! #beSAVVY
