Salary:  up to £30,000 OTE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:   

The position of Business Generator will involve growing the property register, by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target driven team.

Duties will include:

• Identifying and maximising business opportunities
• Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  
• Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
• Giving directive to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
• Representing the company in a professional manner
  
• Building strong relationships with local property owners
• Cold calling for new business

Skills required:

• Excellent sales ability.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
• The ability to negotiate.
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
• Be responsive to change.
• A full UK driving license.
