Working directly with senior leadership, including the COO, you'll gain invaluable experience across projects, communications, admin, and business support. Every day will bring something new - from supporting internal teams to getting involved in creative and operational projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day business operations and project activity

• Assisting with internal communications and coordination

• Helping to prepare documents, reports, and presentations

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

• Getting involved with creative and marketing support

• Supporting general business and finance administration

• Learning directly from the COO and other senior leaders

What We're Looking For

• A confident communicator with a can-do attitude

• Great attention to detail and super organised

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, knowledge of Canva, Adobe, etc desirable

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn

• A genuine interest in business, operations, and support functions
