Business Analyst

• £40.000 to £45.000
• Real Estate - Property
• London – Hybrid work (4 days per week in the office and one at home)

We are looking for an ambitious professional with business analytics experience to help companies improve their process and be more effective in their day-to-day work.

What does it take to be the perfect candidate if:
You are tech-savvy and have a solid experience with Excel.
You understand what’s a digital product and how to improve it.
You have experience with SQL and data visualisation tools.

Here’s what you will do as part of the role:
Analysing project data related to investing in new properties or managing existing ones.
Analyse revenue and public earning reports to spot opportunities for growth and benchmark the company with the market and competitors.
Analyse current processes and work on data products to improve processes and make them more efficient, cost-effective and automatic.
Contribute to the success of internal projects by improving processes and sharing key insights based on internal and external data.
