Business intelligence analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced entrepreneur to join the team at Concrete4 Change.

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Location: Hybrid Remuneration: £30,000-£55,000 per annum (depending on experience, track record and capability).

Share options: Up to £45,000 Start date and end date (approx): This is a permanent position and is available for immediate start.

(Flexible on start date based on notice period) About us: Concrete4 Change (C4 C) is a R&D company that is developing a ground-breaking technology to utilise and permanently mineralise CO2 in concrete.

To date, C4 C raised £4.5 million from private and public investors.

The company is partly owned by two of the largest concrete manufacturers in the world, Siam Cement Group ($17 billion turnover) and Goldbeck Gmb H (€7 billion turnover).

In this position, you will analyse project management data, optimize resource allocations, and improve efficiencies within our R&D processes.

You will work closely with both the technology teams and management to ensure that data insights align with business goals and help push the boundaries of what we can achieve with our eco-innovative technologies.

Person’s specifications Essential: proficiency in business analytical and project management tools.

experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

understanding of data visualisation and data manipulation tools.

or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

of 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role, preferably within a technical, retail operations or R&D-driven industry.

ability to interpret extensive datasets to provide actionable insights.

organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
