We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will manage and consolidate data from various sources within the business, including

Mongo Atlas ,

AWS S3 & Glue ,

CSV & Parquet files . You will report on the success of our most important strategic goals, using data to craft compelling narratives that inform and drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Efficiently consolidate and manage data from multiple sources within the business, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
Strategic Reporting: Analyse and report on the success of key strategic goals, using data to tell insightful stories that support decision-making at the highest levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights that can influence business strategy and operations.
Data Visualisation: Build and maintain dynamic visualisations and reports using Power BI, effectively communicating key metrics and insights to diverse audiences.
Custom Metrics Development: Collaborate with developers to plan and implement custom metrics and analytics in apps, games, and websites, enhancing our ability to track and measure success.
Technical Expertise: Write complex queries and design processes for data gathering and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), ensuring the efficient flow and transformation of data across systems.
Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of business-critical data, implementing best practices for data governance and quality control.

Previous experience:
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on data management, analysis, and visualisation.
Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools.
Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with data storage solutions such as Mongo Atlas and AWS S3.
Key Requirements:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed data analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align data insights with business strategies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ETL processes, SQL, and statistical analysis.
Previous Experience: Proven work experience in projects that involved data analysis, problem-solving, building reports, BI tool implementation, dashboard development, and data integrations.

Proven experience managing budgets and schedules.
Good understanding of agile development.
Knowledge of gaming industry standards.
Good understanding of the full game development lifecycle.

Qualifications :
A degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience working in the gaming, education, or entertainment industries.
Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
Certification in data analysis or related fields.
