Business Intelligence Manager - Go.Compare

What you'll be doing…

Are you passionate about driving data-informed decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Join our Business Intelligence team at Future as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, and play a crucial role in enhancing performance for our Go.Compare brand.

This hands-on role involves delivering comprehensive reporting, analytical insights, and decision support to our Go.Compare business. You will collaborate with strategic decision-makers across Go.Compare to explore commercial opportunities and deliver high-impact projects with various teams, including Channel Development, Partnerships, Product, SEO and Performance Marketing.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Experience as a BI Manager or similar analytic manager role, preferably in an affiliate ecommerce environment
• Line management experience of a small team OR leadership skills and ability to support, motivate and coach team members
• Strong ability to work with and convey insights to stakeholders at all levels, technical and non-technical
• Demonstrated ability to develop detailed domain knowledge 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to develop insightful and user-friendly reports and analyses
• Proficient with SQL, data modelling and ETL processes
• Proficient with either a Google or Microsoft tech stack, and willingness to learn more i.e. BigQuery, Dataform, Looker / Looker (Data) Studio, MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI

The expected range for this role is £48,000 - £70,000

This is a Hybrid role from our Cardiff OR Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
