Business Intelligence Specialist

A leading global trading and supply chain company (operating across 40+ countries) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise-wide reporting initiatives using Power BI. This position plays a key role in helping the business leverage near real-time reporting tools embedded within a new CTRM system.

About the Role:

You’ll work across multiple departments and commodities to design and deliver reporting dashboards, streamline data processes, and surface actionable insights. The focus is on enhancing data accessibility, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with global data regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with internal teams to understand data/reporting needs and replace outdated solutions where needed

• Improve data collection and validation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Ensure data usage complies with relevant standards (e.g., GDPR)

• Collaborate with IT and Transformation teams to deliver secure, scalable BI solutions

• Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to track trends, performance, and operational insights

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Power BI experience (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling)

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance

• Comfortable working with global teams across departments

• Able to translate complex data into clear business insights
