• Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 per annum including London Weighting

Join the School of Business at our College, a large and diverse institution offering a range of vocational and professional programmes. We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to teach across various Business courses, focusing on BTEC programmes Level 1 to Level 3 and Access to HE, including Marketing and Finance units.

• Teach and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of Business courses.
• Engage and motivate learners aged 16+ in Further Education, with a particular focus on young learners aged 16-18.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
• Participate in the development and planning of courses and materials.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and academic success.

• Possess a degree in Business or a related area.
• Some teaching or training experience is required.
• Passion for Business and education, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Team player with a commitment to continuous professional development.
