The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Lecturer to join our client's Further Education College in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator or experienced business professional who enjoys helping learners develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to succeed in further education, employment and the world of business.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and interactive business lessons to Further Education learners.
*
Plan and prepare high-quality lessons, activities and assessments.
*
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
*
Support learners with their academic, personal and career development.
*
Maintain accurate records and ensure teaching meets awarding-body requirements.
*
Keep knowledge of current business trends and industry practices up to date.
About You
The successful Business Lecturer will ideally have:

A relevant qualification in Business or a related subject.
*
Experience in Further Education, teaching, training, tutoring or a relevant business environment.
*
Strong knowledge of business principles and practices.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A positive, professional and learner-focused approach.
*
A recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, CertEd or DET would be advantageous.
