What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging lessons across BTEC and Access to HE Business programmes (primarily Levels 1-3)
• Teach core units including Finance and Marketing
• Use your professional knowledge to bring theory to life
• Support learners through induction, assessment, and career preparation
• Participate in enrichment activities and employer engagement initiatives
• Embrace digital delivery through platforms such as Microsoft Teams

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Business or a related field
• Experience teaching or training (FE or industry background welcome)
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to train - fully funded by the college)
• A passion for inspiring young people and a flair for creative, inclusive teaching
• Excellent communication, planning, and IT skills
