Business Management/Planning AVP (Financial Markets)

Eton Clarke is supporting a global investment bank in London, recruiting for a unique opportunity that sits within the Planning / Business Management team. This role works closely with Treasury, Sales, and Trading teams to help support the operational and administrative side of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting customer onboarding processes and KYC coordination
• Assisting with internal reporting and management materials
• Handling departmental expenses, invoices, and documentation
• Coordinating business travel and meeting arrangements
• Supporting risk, governance, and internal control processes

You’d be working closely with a range of teams across the bank, which gives great exposure to how a Financial Markets department operates within a large international institution. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, and working across multiple teams, and who is interested in developing their career within Treasury, Markets operations, or business management.
